El Nuevo Diario Santo Domingo - El Centro Franklin of the United States Embassy announces the relaunch of its Virtual Library "BiblioUSA" which reflects a design more dynamic and interactive. Virtual Library Franklin Center - the press section, culture and education the United States Embassy in the country - was created in 2004 to promote research through Internet access to numerous resources for information from reliable sources. Until today, is the only virtual library in the region belonging to a U.S. embassy. It is also the only country that offers free, public access to important private databases.
