When the film ends

... when we discover that the mystery runs through our veins, cover the sun with your finger is useless task. Lake Fury

Thus, the understanding, when it comes? When you say, "what I see and perceive is nothing." When you wake up, you say, 'oh! It was all a dream, right? There were many, many things there, but you say, 'oh! I do not agree. " But in this dream of waking, if someone wakes you up, then you say, "nothing is true." You same, I am, myself, neither is true. Where remains the self? Where remains he? Nothing! Everything disappears. When the film ends, the screen is clean. Be the screen, do not accept the touch of anything. The screen laughs, cries screen, the screen kills someone, everything happens on the screen, but you understand that is just a movie. Thus, due to ignorance, you take it for real. The teacher says this is a movie, nothing more. Be out of the film. You've paid for something, right? To go to the theater you pay money, and when you leave "END", they will indicate the exit, exit now. You have given birth and has to pay for it (laughs). You pay, you have to pay for it, right?, And then the teacher says' go, go, is beyond that. " You can get out of it, right? So why pay money? You have received the body now. The teacher says, "comes out, you are not the body." Understand that and you are Him That's the way of understanding himself.

The Reaction Function of Central Bank's Monetary Policy and the Taylor Rule.

The reaction function of the Central Bank is also called the reaction function of monetary policy.
The reaction function can be defined, in general, as the functional relationship that describes how the central bank adjusts its policy instruments such as interest rate or some monetary aggregate, in response to changes in target variables as inflation, production and exchange. Defined
lines above, the reaction function of monetary policy, it becomes a tool that shows how a central bank will behave in future similar to as it has in the past (Trend), you can also predict policy actions internal or external shocks to the economy. Thus, it can assess the current monetary policy, as well as projecting the evolution of the economy to shocks (shocks).
years ago, has tried to analyze this issue, but is not it more relevant and objectivity gained from research by John Taylor, whose simple rules have become a sort of policy recommendation, although there are different approaches on the same subject. In Monetary Policy, said of a simple rule, which is one that allows the monetary authority (Bank Central) to determine an appropriate level for interest rate depending on the behavior of a set of target variables.
John Taylor in 1993, proposes a rule that describes the behavior of the interest rate the U.S. economy (USA), in relation to the goal it has set the Federal Reserve:

i = 2 + ð + 0.5 (y - y *) + 0.5 (d - 2), where we have:
i = interest rate federal funds
ð = annual inflation rate (4 quarters)
y - y * = gap between real output (y) and potential (y *)

interrelated indicators of inflation and the output gap shows that the Federal Reserve, seeking a goal of sustained growth as well as one of low inflation and above all stable, showing its contractionary, where the interest rate remains relatively high, when inflation is above its goal or it also occurs when the level of the economy is on the level of full employment, so the goal is to keep interest rates at 2% and prevent inflation from the lead to one extreme or another.
After Taylor studies, many other economists have proposed rules derived, where smoothing methods are introduced to the relationship between the variables, other models introduced inflation expectations, and other models treat the Taylor rule as a rule Suboptimal, optimal development of a new rule that includes the effects of international market (open economy) and other international monetary conditions, example is the work of Lawrence Ball ("Policy Rules for Open Economies" - 1999).
central banks use as a method of setting goals ( Inflation Targeting ), the Taylor rule, and, if the current inflation rate is expected or above the preset target, the central bank as attributable to two variables: an independent exogenous demand and the level GDP growth above its potential growth (which may be due to an excess of demand).
Then, the reaction function of monetary policy, increases in the face of increasing inflation, is to raise real interest rates, this means, raise the nominal interest rate above the expected inflation.
Thus, monetary policy was temporarily forward (forward), against the government's reaction to inflation (through the Ministry of Economy and Finance) with a lag, for reasons mainly institutional and social policy issues.
monetary policy rule relates then the variation of the Product for the growth of inflation.
We (in the short term) written as follows:
[(y - y *) / y *] = & (ð - ð t)
Where & = function relates both variations .
This curve is also known as quasi-supply curve, the acceleration of inflation theory, which comes from a modified Phillips curve in the short term.
This is true under the conditions of wage rigidity, since these are not enough variations to changes in inflation and unemployment occurs in the short term, obviously this situation does not allow real product growth.

Unemployment in an estimate under the new Keynesian model: Jordi Gali

Jordi Gali, excellent economist and one of the most cited economists according to Thomson Scientific's Essential Science Indicators SM, currently professor of the Graduate School of Economics (Barcelona GSE).
Dr. George and his colleagues Frank Smets and Rafael Wouters, have written a very interesting paper entitled " Unemployment in an Estimated New Keynesian Model " in March 2011. Dr. Gali
mentioned in the introduction to this document that DSGE models formulated the concept of simplification is not introduced in structure to the unemployment variable, very important for the analysis of macroeconomic equilibrium.
As is known, in 2008, economists Chari, Kehoe and McGrattan present their criticisms of DSGE models (CKM Critism), where they believe that a large number of free parameters in the assessment process structural shocks, which opinion also agrees Frank Smets and Rafael Wouters, it is clear that these criticisms are also directed to techniques for estimating these models, as is the method Structural VAR (Vector Autoregressive) model equations reduced without restriction.
While the model presented by Dr. Jordi Gali incorporates some of the considerations suggested by the, years before, is a better structure the previous model of Smets-Wouters.

Birthday Sayings For Turning 12 Years Old

Where neither the third state (deep sleep) or the fourth state (samadhi) there,
Where everything is experienced as the Self alone,
Where there are no equity or inequity,
" Could slavery or freedom be living there? Dattatreya

Question: is clear that everything is consciousness and that consciousness is absolute the source. What is not so clear is why there always seems to add some positive qualities such as love, serenity, beauty, joy, God, ESO. How can it have qualities or characteristics when it is being itself?

Answer: must distinguish between being yourself and being self-conscious being. You could say that being it has no qualities, but this statement is still a limitation superimposed on the unlimited. Equally you could say, without being inconsistent with the above statement, knowing that being yourself is an experience that we could try to describe (and failing to do so) and absolute love, absolute intelligence, splendor absolute bliss, absolute freedom, eternity , divinity.

The reason why this distinction is important because "being self-conscious being" is not the only mode of being. There is also ignorance, which is "being not being self-conscious." From the point of view of being, if we use this expression, no such distinction, and that's what we try to clarify your question. However, at a lower level to the level where there are distinctions, this distinction is relevant. To avoid confusion we have to know at what level does affirmation. At the level of the Ultimate can not make any assertions, maybe just "I am" or "Being is" or "I am the One who is" so, with the words dissolve into the experience of being.

Now the question is that if we take the high road of non-duality, to the ultimate level, we can not simultaneously feel or believe that we are a separate entity with all the suffering attached to this belief, and affirming that everything is consciousness and that consciousness is absolute the source. We can not speak the truth without living the truth. Speak the truth and live the truth are two separate experiences, and what matters is living the truth. What is said from the experience of living the truth, no matter how dualistic, or sometimes even children can Apparently, it's true. What is said in ignorance, however logical it may seem, is false.

be I salute you and welcome you, because they have manifested this universe without limits. I greet you, be supreme peace. I salute you, unless you are the source and goal of these scriptures and are beyond them. I salute you, unless you are born and reside in all creatures. I greet you, be not born. Greetings, might remain under every change and destruction, immutable. I salute you, unless you are the existence and nonexistence. I salute you, unless you can be reached and conquered. Yoga Vashistha

... in the phenomenon we call experience, the reality is not a meeting of the knower with the known. The reality is experience, we can say two aspects, two extremes: the knower and known, although this figure is only a verbal. In a neurological sense, all we see is ourselves. That's what we know is a state of our nervous system, and there is no other knowledge. This does not mean that our nervous system is the only existing reality, and that there is nothing apart from him, but it does mean that all knowledge is knowledge of ourselves and thus, in some mysterious way, we are no different from the outside world we know. Once you understand that what we experience and what we are one, let's go a step further and see what we in the outside world we look. Like I'm in your outer world, you are mine, but I'm in the same world as you. My interior is not separable from the outside world. It's something called the outside world is doing, just as it is doing the tree, the ocean and everything that exists in the outside world. Is not it great? We completely removed the person from the trap, that they either dominate the world or suffer because of it. Is gone, never existed and when this happens, we can play any game in life vital that we like.
We unite past, present and future and we can represent any role, but you will know that we have seen the big lie that accumulates or have social experiences, temporary memories, sights, sounds or other people. We are always building ourselves as having it all, but only if we think that we are also held.

AGAIN: FUNDS WERE FIRST FONAVI, EsSALUD and ONP and now the AFP's

funds FONAVI (National Housing Fund) after being created with an altruistic, when in the hands of governments, suffered a financial disaster for several reasons:
1 .- The terrible financial placement of funds, which generated a setback of their interests at the expense of the contributors .
2 .- The government ownership of these funds to be allocated to other uses, which were inconsistent with the purposes for which was created.

3 .- The serious economic damage to the contributors by such appropriations , which is in decline in the economic growth of Peruvian families.

Other factors such as:

4 .- The dependency ratio is the ratio between the contributors and pensioners, is a population ratio;

5 .- The extent of the underground economy or marginal, does not contribute to pension funds, given their informal status in the local market.

6 .- The income level of employees. Etc.

This form of misappropriation under the creation of a law that covers such nonsense is the usual flurry of governments to appropriate other people's money, as in the case of contributors to EsSALUD and ONP , always at the expense of contributors , now under this approach, the Plan of Government Peru Wins political group has raised in its plan of government, if they reach the presidency, as follows:

(See link ):
http://www.partidonacionalistaperuano.net/images/archivos / PlandeGobierno_GanaPeru_2011-2016.pdf

pages 170 - 173.
"In addition to restoring workers' rights violated will require changes in the current economic model, ie only with new and improved policies for developing unionization, collective bargaining and the recovery of an active wage policy with wage increases minimum.
- Lost the principle of solidarity and redistribution inherent in a pension scheme.
- Universal Pension System based on a contributory pension system
complemented with a private management scheme without this public
distorts the nature of the system.
- Focus in adults over 75 years.
- Back to state his active role as guarantor of the sustainability financial National Pension System
.
"

" c) Measures / Actions immediate.
1 .- Implementation of a pension scheme based on two systems.
I. An initial public system that guarantees pensions for all and contains two components: the tax-compulsive (base system) that ensures a level of pension according to both age and number of contributions received to the scheme. Membership in the contributory scheme is compulsory for all workers active both as independent employees whose contribution will depend on their wages or income. The second, non-contributory, which provides a basic pension for all adults over 65 years without importing history of affiliation with any pension system. This option will be financed primarily by taxes and a portion of the funds contributed by the workers .
II. A second private system that complements the first. This pillar is voluntary and is based on individual accounts for employees and independent workers. The contributions are determined by income level that exceeds the maximum established for determining contributions to the public system.
addition to the public pillar pension each contributor receives a pension
function of the investment and fund performance chosen.

same will implement a non-contributory pension system for elderly people living in rural areas. In this regard, a study of 14 MCLCP estimated 0.24% of GDP 15 the fiscal cost of an assignment of S/.100 pensionary for the population over 60 years in rural areas of the country. amount you commit to channel being the most vulnerable and become part of our social policy priorities.
2 .- Creation of the National Social Security Council (CNSS ) responsible for the formulation of comprehensive policies on pensions including the regulation and supervision of stakeholders including the private sector. The CNSS will feature the participation of insured employers, state and other actors involved in the subject. Centralization
-raising activities in a single entity from which the funds will be distributed under the supervision of CNSS.
- Implement a national plan to combat delinquency and evasion in pension contributions by employers.
- Reform of the current tax system that manages public ONP order to constitute a fundamental part of the new model pillars.
"

From the first reading, we can see that giving the government back to the administration of pensionable funds, means signing a" blank check "for the government to return to destroy the financial and sustainable of these funds, since there are already precedents for this, nobody can say otherwise, a situation that has not happened, at least in many years in office.

other hand, taking part of pension funds nearly 5 million contributors , we mean the grouping party at least 5 million fewer votes and there one of the points should clarify and commit to respect for private property and capital and the millions of contributors to these funds.
Now creating the first national pension system means that everyone must necessarily contribute to a fund redistributive like the French pension system, but we see it compared against other pension systems and not is necessarily the most efficient, however the model of the pension system in Chile, shows even higher, as evidenced by:
http://www.mercer.com/attachment.dyn?idContent=1396895 & filePath = / attachments / Inglés / Melbourne _ _Global_ Mercer Pension Index _ _2010. Pdf

where we have three concepts comparative (2010):

- Adequacy of system:

Chile: 52.1

France: 74.9

- Sustainability:

Chile: 54.7

France: 29.7

- Integrity:

Chile: 79.8
France: 56.8

is very important to consider that these policy proposals, remind us about the Peruvian government acts against the resources required of the formal sector, are to date encourage informality thus occupational instability is hard- to date trying to get better. If the group favored Earn Peru Peruvians want to rely on a progressive government should eliminate many of the concepts from ideological positions that have failed in real life, leading to ostracize people who say they want to defend and sumiéndolos in darkness of development.

Do Drag Suits Really Work?

"We used to pray: Let
Your will, O Lord my God.
and behold! He has no will:
He's just quiet. "
Angelus Silesius
So writes the Pilgrim cherub.

But in that case, what we have to do with the great affirmation of Dante: "His will is our peace"?

The answer again is to examine one's place and see how empty of all content is his own, and certainly of any will or intention. And see also how full is in this scene, the world as is now complete with all the feelings and thoughts that are now colorful and alive. Is it not a fact, in his own experience as the source now free-will, his will is perfectly embodied in everything that is now flowing from that source, so that all this is perfectly acceptable just as it is? Who Can I see you, without approving things as they are? Is there any other way, as a last resort, the true self-abandonment, but be aware the One who in himself has no will, but is responsible for everything in the world? See that you are not in the world, and that contrary the world is in you, is reconciled with all its manifestation.

There once was a Zen student so gifted that their Master eventually sent him to a greatest teacher for the last instruction. To the surprise of the disciple, his new teacher turned out to be an elderly poor and very ill, which seemed to have nothing to offer. But at last he pulled out his message. It was this: "I have no complaints." First look at what and who are you, establish your true identity, and then see if you have something to complain about.

Peru Free Trade Agreement with Mexico. We must analyze how to balance the Balance

For Secretary of Economy of Mexico , Lawyer Bruno Ferrari, the agreements that lead to the signing of the FTA between Mexico and Peru, will be beneficial for Mexico, and now exports to Peru generate 23,000 jobs, the new FTA will increase by 17,000 additional jobs. Let's see how true is this.

First go see comparatively as Mexico and Peru in numbers (the year 2009):

GDP (Million U.S. $)

Mexico: 874,903 ----------

Peru: ------------ 126,938

Population (in millions of inhabitants in 2009).

Mexico: 108 ----------

Peru: ------------- 29

GDP per capita (U.S. $ thousand)

Mexico: 8135 ----------

Peru: 4355 ------------

C omo see Mexico's economy is more than 5 times higher than the Peruvian Then today as Peruvian exports go to Mexico:

Exports (FOB - Thousands of U.S. $ per year 2009). Traditional

: 132,081

(mining: 88.9%, other fuels and other raw)

Nontraditional: 110,443

(Paprika: 15.9% Wood and derivatives 27.5%, other minor)

Imports (CIF - Thousands of U.S. $ per year 2009)

Electronics / Electrical: 10.5%

Mobile and other: 8%

transport equipment, 5.9%

industrial Processing: 5%

assembled vehicles: 3.5%

Drug: 2.6%

Other manufactured goods .

Total Imports CIF (U.S. $ thousand): 734,929

Netherlands these figures the ratio of Mexico-Peru trade, it is obvious to see that job creation will to give in Mexico, hardly in Peru, since our export strength is in segments with unskilled labor intensive, unlike Peruvian imports from Mexico, whose products are processed and manufactured, these include labor intensive and higher added value.

Finally, Mexican Economy Secretary Ferrari, indicates that Peru is going to exclude 193 tariff lines, since Mexico is potentially better farmer that Peru, taking in the world, the 13th place.

Critical to Macroeconomics and DSGE Models: Effects of global crisis

Dr. Roberth Solow, has acknowledged that there are some gaps in the "state of the art" of macroeconomic science, among others has focused on the over-simplification of DSGE models.

Other economists speak of the failure of equilibrium models, which have not incorporated into the financial system in its analysis because the operator based on representative.

To reduce the analysis to that level, is as coniderar a basic cell for biological analysis, without considering the phenomena that occur in their environment and interactions this environment with the basic cell.

Olivier Blanchard, the IMF and the Future of Macroeconomic Policies (2011)

Dr. Olivier Blanchard, French, and for many years professor of economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA),
now as economic advisor and Director of Research Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), sets nine tentative conclusions about the future of post-crisis macroeconomic policies.
These approaches emerge as the same shows, lectures on macroeconomics and growth policies, with the participation of economists like Paul Romer, Michael Spence, Joseph Stiglitz, George Akerlof, Dani Rodrik, Maurice Obsfeld among other highlights.
Party and video material found on the IMF website as follows:
http://www.imf.org/external/np/seminars/eng/2011/res/index.htm
The new talking points on Dr. Blanchard are:
1 .- A new post-crisis world, unlike, for which we have to formulate economic policies.
2 .- The secular debate between market and state, the pendulum has swung toward the state.
3 .- The crisis has shown that there are many distortions concerning Macroeconomics.
4 .- Macroeconomic policy has many goals and many instruments.
5 .- It has many policy instruments, but do not really know how to use them.
6 .- The new policy instruments are potentially useful but pose new challenges for economic policy.
7 .- exciting future for researchers in economic policies.
8 .- The difficulties of using economic policy instruments and the possibility of making bad choices.
9 .- should moderate the expectations.
The Dr.Blanchard suggests the introduction of macro-prudential policies, but let's see what are these. The policies adopted by financial institutions, from the Basel accords, were of a micro, at systems that are private institutions and international agreements under an entity that seeks to match in the management of financial institutions through mechanisms market and financial instruments. After the crisis, these are not sufficient and suggests the participation of States, which ultimately are the ones through different mechanisms introduced macroeconomic corrections and reordered the financial chaos, against any assumption underlying economic power, this is called macro-prudential policies. Here
further explanation by Dr. John Lipsky:
http://blog-dialogoafondo.org/?p=47

But the use of such policies, it includes the microeconomic aspects world macroeconomic policy, such is the case of Agency Theory and the Theory of Regulation, to assess from a macro approach, the incentives of economic agents in financial markets, even suggests the addition of new theories behavioral of the heterodox (pragmatism, new approaches to the behavior of economic agents, etc.) many times in the microeconomic and now the need to form part of the new macroeconomic policy framework. And this is directed towards what is known as fiscal policy, whose role is central to the current crisis and that it must rethink in a more dynamic partnership with the makers of monetary policy.
It seems the crisis has exposed to macroeconomic theory, although this is still young and should be considered under other models, such as Chinese adaptive growth, meanwhile is now in the field economists researchers evaluate and incorporate new instruments.
